Randall Hammond, Denver, CO

Mr. Hammond is a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan and has served in senior management positions at a variety of prestigious Wall Street firms at locations throughout the U.S. Mr. Hammond has been selected as one of On Wall Street’s Top 100 Branch Managers (2009). Mr. Hammond also was a decorated member of the Marine Corps, served in Desert Storm and attained the rank Lieutenant Colonel.

Mike Haselden, Denver, CO

Mike Haselden is Chief Operating Officer of Haselden Construction in Centennial, Colorado. Founded in 1973, Haselden Construction is a premier regional construction management and general contracting firm consistently ranked in Engineering News Records (ENR) Top Contractors Lists.Mike is currently on several boards and charitable organizations such as Executive Committee and Past Board President, Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Colorado, Seed of Hope Board of Trustees, and Parker Economic Development Council.

Michael Kerrigan, Great Falls, VA

Mr. Michael Kerrigan is an advocate, author and public speaker. He has over 32 years of Washington experience working closely with the government, political, corporate, and technology sectors. Mr. Kerrigan is the founder and principal of Kerrigan & Associates, Inc. and has also published a book on character education. In 1993, he founded The Advocacy Group, Inc., one of the first organizations of government-relations specialists providing advocacy services worldwide.

Andy Limes, Denver, CO

Andy Limes has over 25 years of experience in strategic and transactional analysis and advisory services. As a founding shareholder and an investment banking Principal at SDR Ventures, Andy works closely with clients executing mergers and acquisitions, securing equity and debt financing, implementing strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing shareholder value and generational transfers of family held businesses.

Mr. Steve Markel, Denver, CO


Mr. Markel is Chairman and Co-founder of Families of Character. In addition he serves on the Boards of several non-profit organizations. Mr. Markel and his wife, Nancy, have organized parenting programs and talks in the Denver area for the past 15 years

Brent Osland, Denver, CO


Mr. Brent Osland is the co-founder and Executive Vice President of Money Line Financial Services, Inc. He also co-founded Money Line Mortgage Inc. and S & B Development. Mr. Osland currently serves on the board for Seeds of Hope Charitable Trust and Legatus of Colorado.

Craig Saeman , Denver, CO

Craig is owner of Spyglass Holdings and manages a fund of funds investment portfolio. Prior to that, he was co-owner and Principal at Medallion Asset Management from 2001-2010 and Managing Director of the Kessler Companies from 1993-2001. His past experiences have given him knowledge in traditional and private equity investments. He graduated from Regis University with majors in finance and economics. Craig currently sits on the boards at Legatus (Denver Chapter) and the Saeman Family Foundation.
